What happened:
Morrissey finally signs a new worldwide recording contract with Sanctuary Records and makes his comeback on the re-installed Attack label after seven years in the UK charts in 2004 with the no. 2 album You Are The Quarry from which he lifts four singles which all reach the British Top 10. In 2006 he gives Sanctuary their first no.1 album with Ringleader Of The Tormentors. On his Attack label, he also releases records of idols or protégés such as Nancy Sinatra, Kristeen Young, The New York Dolls or James Maher. After Sanctuary has run into financial difficulties and has to be sold, he does not extend his expiring contract and leaves the company.

as this Chinese release is a mish-mash from Ringleader Of The Tormentors, a bit of You Are The Quarry and the entire Suedehead - The Best Of Morrissey which were released by different records companies it seems to be obvious that this is no official release; however copyright and licenses are a bit different in that region so this is one of a few inclusions (the currently only other exception is the Russian Your Arsenal / Kill Uncle double CD) to the otherwise 'strictly official' releases.
